Let’s dive into our irresistible compensation plan. I’m going to break things down into bite size chunks to make things easy to understand. Along with some basic definitions to make it easy to follow along. At the very bottom you’ll find a PDF file that you can view on this page and/or download at your leisure.

As a Naughty Cocktail Parties consultant, you’ll not only enjoy the freedom of being your own boss and setting your own schedule, but you’ll also have the chance to earn generous commissions and overrides on your team’s monthly sales volume. We believe in rewarding your hard work and dedication, which is why we offer competitive incentives and bonuses to help you reach your financial goals and to have all the support you’ll need to thrive in this dynamic industry.

First, we’ll start with some definitions. You will see these terms in the PDF below:

  • Personal Volume – This is your personal retail sales. This dollar amount does not include the sales of any other member of your team. Retail sales are full price of products, not your discounted costs.
  • 1st Level Active Cons. – This is how many active consultants you’ve personally signed up to join Naughty Cocktail Parties. If you join my team of consultants, you would be on my “1st Level.” Then when someone joins YOUR team, they would be on your 1st Level, and they would fall onto my 2nd Level. Think of it as a family tree, with each generation being a different level with you at the top.
  • Active Consultant – This is a consultant that maintains their active status by reaching $300 in retail sales within a rolling 3 month period. This minimum amount will increase as you begin to promote to higher Consultant Statuses (see PDF). An example of a rolling 3 month period would be Jan-Mar, Feb-Apr, Mar-May, etc.
  • Liza, Judy, Joan, etc. Consultants are not real people, they are just alternative names our CEO gave to the different Consultant Statuses based on retail sales. They are the same as consultant statuses named Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, etc.
  • Team Volume Sales 1-3 – This is the total retail sales of your entire team through 3 levels, which can also be referred to as your downline (including your personal retail sales) or organization.
  • Override – An override is a commission or percentage you earn from your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels retail sales. The percentage you earn is determined by 3 factors. Your own Consultant Status, the Consultant Status of any given consultant in your downline, and the Team Level of any given consultant in your downline. This is better illustrated in the PDF below.
  • The Income Disclosure Statement at the end of the PDF is fairly self-explanatory. It’s a company wide breakdown of where our consultants stood within the company during the 2021 business year.
